Terminator Bob is a personal assistant app used only by its owner, Daniel V. It is not offered to anyone else.

What it accesses

With the owner's permission, the app accesses the owner's own Google account:

• Gmail: reads messages and creates drafts. It does not send email; the owner reviews and sends every draft himself.
• Google Calendar: reads, adds and edits events.
• Google Drive: reads files, and creates new files.

How the data is used

Data is used only to help the owner with his own email, calendar and files. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising, and not used to build profiles of anyone.

Where it is stored

Access credentials are stored privately on the owner's own computer. The app does not keep a separate copy of the owner's Google data beyond what is needed to complete a task he asked for.

Google API data

Terminator Bob's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

The owner can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
